Just for fun, a few Jeep remarks

We thought we'd wander around the Internet and check on what people are saying these days about driving a Jeep.

Here are a few observations...

GAdkins said, "First Jeep Grand Cherokee (2015). Overland. 4X4. V8. I love this SUV. Great value It is comparable to BMW, Mercedes and Porsche. The cost is much less but performance is great. I have had no problems with the Jeep. Great acceleration. Just did 3000 mile road trip, very comfortable. No problem with long hill climbs fully loaded V8 easily keeps speed and accelerates well."

CSpillman wrote, "I purchased a used 2015 V6 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4x4 California Edition. I've had the car for three weeks and love it. I drove it back from Colorado to AZ and it is fun to drive and the technology is wonderful. I have owned Audi's but the fit and finish of this car is similar and the digital dash and user friendly interface is better than Audi. I had to call to get the UConnect transferred into my name and the level of service was amazing. No wait times and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. So far this car is the best I've owned."

Jeeper said, "This is my 5th Jeep - I love them all! My new Cherokee is getting 27.9 miles per gallon and looks so sexy."

15 Cherokee Owner observed, "The interior and exterior are comfortable to view and be in. The transmission cannot be fit during shifting. The Cherokee transmission is extremely smooth. The dash is perfect in design. The front seats are very comfortable. Rear seating has good spacing. The lower plastic body trim is practical. Good price for base vehicle. Better value than car, SUV, and cross-overs in the same price range."

First New Car said, "Bought a Jeep Cherokee and it is very roomy and for a 4 cylinder it has so much power you have to watch your speed. It climbs hills with no problem. This vehicles has everything you would want."

kbb.com (Kelley Blue Book) begins its review of the 2015 Cherokee with, "It's not surprising that off-road prowess is the ace-in-the-hole the 2015 Jeep Cherokee SUV boasts over rivals like the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4. After all, Jeep, more than any other SUV manufacturer, has a reputation to uphold. Yet the really surprising thing is that despite its off-road capability - especially the Trailhawk - the 2015 Jeep Cherokee gives up nothing on-pavement, where most drivers will spend their time. Offering a low-range and three different 4-wheel-drive systems that give it uncanny rock crawling ability for a small crossover SUV, the Jeep Cherokee also offers creature comforts that put it at the head of the class. Jeep tops it off with an available V6 engine and a class-exclusive a 9-speed automatic transmission."
